Jennifer Walsh is a dedicated and experienced Pilates instructor, originally certified through Power Pilates in 2005. She later was certified through the Pilates Method Alliance. Over the years, she has committed herself to continuous growth and learning in the Pilates field, taking numerous hours of continuing education to deepen her knowledge and skillset. In 2013 she got certified to be a Teacher trainer where she was able to share her love of Pilates and teach other enthusiasts how to become instructors.
In 2017, she completed Benjamin Degenhardt’s "360 Degrees of Pilates" program, which expanded her understanding of the Pilates method and enhanced her ability to work with diverse populations. In 2018, she further advanced her expertise by completing Kathryn Ross-Nash’s master training program, "The Red Thread of Pilates," an intensive course that focuses on creating a deeper connection to teach the body before you while applying the Pilates method. Throughout her career, Jennifer Walsh has worked with individuals of all ages and abilities, from a 14-year-old ice skater to an 82-year-old mountain climber, and many others in between and beyond. She specializes in tailoring each session to fit the unique needs of her clients, understanding that every body has its own story and challenges.
Her approach to Pilates is rooted in a philosophy of strengthening what is weak and challenging what is strong. Whether her clients are training for athletic performance, recovering from injury, or simply looking to enhance their overall well-being, she aims to build balance and strength in every part of the body. Every session is personalized, ensuring that each person receives the guidance and adjustments necessary to reach their individual goals.
